I finally got a chance to spend my post brunch @ brewklyn! If you're visiting or living in BLR, this microbrewery should be in your to-go list! There are still working on multi-floor while first floor is fully operational and second floor would be for live-music.
Since I have lived close enough to Brooklyn-NY, I can relate to their Ambiance and wall graffitis. Nicely done.
Let's talk about the beers-and I personally like Iron Mike as I always think the more darker the beer is, more the merrier. Another great beer to drink here would be 'Beer dossier recommended New England IPA' which is unique to BLR.
Iron Mike- ABV 4.8
This elegant dark wheat beer has a lustrous, deep dark-brown appearance in the glass. The first sip reveals a harmonious symphony of carefully selected wheat and barley malts with exquisite hops! Hint of bitter roasted malts enter onto the palate. Flavor was reminiscent of an American Porter, but smoother from the wheat malt. Experience: Smooth transition between M&M ( Mug and Mouth)
NE IPA- ABV 4.7
This style has created a new wave among craft beer drinkers as you see the Orange appearance itself adds to controversy! Be it fruit-forward style or Dry hoppy, it is definitely juicy and hazy. This style of IPA is going to last for a while. The mouthfeel is creamy due to existence of oats and gives you tropical hop aroma. Easy to drink!
