If you regularly pass by Minsk Square {named so because of the town twinning concept which makes Bangalore and Minsk sister cities, and yes, Minsk has a Bangalore Square as well}, then you're in for a mighty, visual treat. Say hi to the full scale model of Light Combat Aircraft {LCA} Tejas which has been unveiled by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd {HAL}. A single-engined, light weight, multi-role supersonic fighter, Tejas is taking up the position earlier occupied by Ajeet {Gnat} aircraft which was a sight synonymous with the Minsk Square until 2009. We're definitely heading there to take a look at the aircraft. Are you?
