In the mood for sumptuous Mediterranean cuisine? We're back with another super fun session with Chef Sumaiya from Bonum Cibum who's going to teach us how to make exotic Adana kebab on the 31st of May, Sunday at 5PM. So register now if you wanna learn first hand on how to make this minced meat kebab which also happens to be Bonum Cibum’s most exotic dish!


Ingredients:

1kg minced meat (chicken/lamb)

2 medium size chopped onions 

1 medium size chopped Red Bell peppers 

1/3cup Finely chopped parsley 

2tblspoon corn flour 

1tsp fresh coriander seeds crushed 

2tsp fresh black pepper powder 

2tsp cumin powder 

1tsp red chilli powder

1tsp garlic paste
