Drool-worthy spread at brunch at the cosy pool-side dining is therapeutic. It is a perfect way to beat the heat. By the Blue serves authentic Indian food and grills. The location is ideal to unwind over a sumptuous meal.
One could choose refreshing drinks from the menu. I would recommend watermelon juice or lassi with a spoonful of Rabri.
Among the vegetarian dishes, I liked the preparation of Gucchi Dillnasheen, hand-picked morels too. Yam kebab is a must try. Creamy Broccoli is served with a Beetroot-Based Dip. For Non-Vegetarians, Salmon Tandoori is the best dish to start with. Norwegian salmon steaks marinated with cream, crushed pepper, garlic and lime is my favourite. Jheenga Nisha, Jumbo Prawns flavoured with basil, Yoghurt and Lime taste well. For the mains, I'd recommend Sarson ka Saag and Makki ki roti. Paneer Lababdar is amazing.
The new menu at Grand Mercure Bengaluru will be served 1st June onwards. Get set to chill and indulge By the Blue.
