Mooch Marod serves the biggest Paranthas you would have ever seen in your whole damn life!
A 24-inch Parantha weighing 2 kgs served with authentic home churned 'White' Butter is every Punjabis dream. In case you aren't one, I bet the pictures tempted you already.
The serve Parantha and Lassi in three sizes (in the descending order of size):
1. Emperor (Hugest) [4-5 people]
2. King (Huger) [2-3 people]
3. Queen (Huge) [1-2 people]
The most amazing part is they have such a long list of fillings which makes it almost impossible to decide upon one kind. Trust me their Aloo Gobhi Paneer Parantha and their Baby Corn Peas Parantha are both amazing. I know that because that's all I tried till now. I'm sure the others are as good. You might have to vote to decide on one.
Their Lassis too come in huge servings: Bucket, Jug size Glass and a Humongous Steel Glass. Try their Paan Lassi if you like it sweet and in case you're a savoury lover, their Salt and Pepper Chaach is a true winner! (It's not on the menu, you'll have to ask for it to the server).
Pro tip: Spread the butter all over the Parantha while it's hot.
Also, another interesting part of this place is it has a Baithak kind sitting space where you remove your shoes and sit on the mattresses with tables in front of you. Which again gives a very rural Haryana/Punjab style dining experience. Of course with some Desi music playing in the background.
