From an indoor trampoline park to a laser tag arena, Loco Bear in Koramangala is the perfect setting for an office outing, celebrating a friend's birthday, or having some quality fun family time. All of which we discovered one evening when we popped by the arcade and entertainment centre. The crew was super cool to show us around the space. Before you start your fun time, get yourself a games card and top it up to any amount of your choice (they've special combos where if you pay a certain amount, you get an upgrade in the card value).
After you're done with that, the whole space is yours to make merry. If you are coming in a big group, definitely check out the laser tag arena that's got a pretty cool maze-like setting including a huge model tanker in the centre. Which we are coming back for. Else you could go and spend an hour at the trampoline park just bouncing around and trying a few safe somersaults like we did (we failed at the somersaults. We couldn't even somer). We love that they are safety instructors all around the park helping you have a fun yet safe time. There's also a mini play area for kids inside the trampoline park. Oh, and they even had a free fall section that we couldn't bring ourselves to do it because of our fear of height (it wasn't that high but height is height). If you love a little extra adrenaline rush, try the Devil's Drop. We're not saying more about that. You should just try it.
Once you've tired yourself out, you can head down to the restaurant grab yourself some refreshments and get your energy back. We grabbed a few dumplings and fried rice from their very easy and chill menu that includes comfort food.
The arcade centre features a collection of games that are perfect for kids and adults alike – we spotted some of our favourites that we used to play back when we were kids. Of course, it was good to know that our basketball and air hockey skills are pretty intact. And not to mention our racing and killing zombies skills. Oh, and there's a cool Beer Pong game that you can try too. And as with any arcade game, you'll get tickets that you can redeem on prizes.
Since we felt like kids at an arcade centre we popped by the bowling alley and played a round. Right next to that is where touted to be India's first multi-level indoor go-karting track is and we're coming back for that now that we miss F1. Oh, another section we enjoyed was the shooting range. We got to live our dream of playing a sniper in real life and shooting at a target sheet.
One thing is for sure, we are definitely coming back and spending more time here with a bigger group.
