Catch This Mahabharat Play Performed From The Point Of View Of Duryodhan!

If you love mythology and theatre, you have to check out ‘Mahabharat.' Interestingly, the play will showcase the story from Duryodhan's (Puneet Issar) point of view, and his unconditional friendship with Karan (Rahul Bhuchar). With Dharti Maata (Mother Earth, as played by Meghna Malik) narrating the story, you will soon learn that no matter what the reasons for conflict may have been, the end result has always been the destruction of the planet and mankind. Watch how Draupadi’s arrogance, Shakuni’s cunning, the Pandavas’ dilemma, Kunti’s pain, Gandhari’s helplessness, and Lord Krishna’s guidance eventually lead up to the big war.

B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan is an auditorium space in Vasanth Nagar. Some iconic stars from the film, television and theatre are going to be in the play. The production will be showcased on larger than life sets with high voltage drama, sound and lights. Plus, the music has been specially composed and recorded. All the more reason to go!

The play will be taking place on both October 5 and 6. Show timings are 3 PM and 7 PM. Duration is three hours.
