What Makes It Awesome?

The Big Barbeque, as the name suggests is one of the biggest Barbeque and buffet places in Bangalore. They are serving over 180 varieties of food. Service is exceptional and everyone is attended to in that huge area

They have a variety of live counters like live grill counter for veg and non-veg where you can get grilled veggies or meat with your choice of sauces. They also have live chaat counter, live pizza counter serving wood-fired pizzas, live jalebi counter, cold stone ice cream counter, rolled ice cream counter, fresh kulfi counter, phew, that is a lot of food. All this, apart from the usual buffet.

We started with some chaats. I liked the Dahi puri, Raj kachori, Palak Patta chaat and Papdi chaat. They all had a similar taste but very delectable. It had the right balance of sweetness and sourness from the Imli and Jaggery chutney and coolness of the curd.

They have a wide range of grills both veg and non-veg served at your table. The mushroom skewers and Tandoori paneer were outstanding. Though I felt the Hariyali paneer was very bland. My friend loved the non-veg ones that included prawns, fish and chicken skewers.

They also served other appetisers like Cajun potatoes, Aloo kebab, Chilli paneer, Tangdi kebab, Crispy corn, Honey chilli chicken and Grilled chicken.

In the buffet, there is a wide range of veg and non-veg gravies along with Noodles, Rice, Fried rice, Salads, Papads, Pickles, Fondue, Momos. I loved the Punjabi soya makhni, Palak paneer, Kulcha, noodles and veggies in Hunan sauce. The Biryani was quite bland and didn’t have that dum flavour and my friend felt that a few of the non-veg dishes lacked flavour. But the overall buffet was quite good.

For those who love Karnataka Nati Style food, they also have Nati Counter serving Ragi mudde, Bassaru, Boti masala and Nati chicken curry.

Must try the mocktails, they are very refreshing and zingy.

For kids, they also have things like a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, a chocolate fountain and a counter serving fries and smileys.

Something for everyone, of every age group is what they have attained and kudos to them because producing food in this magnitude isn’t a joke. The huge area can accommodate hundreds of people at a time and they also have constant parties, team outings and family gatherings happening.
