Winning For

The eclectic ambience throughout the restaurant, the extensive menu that spoils you for choice, and the rooftop dining that’s just perfect for Bangalore’s salubrious weather.

Lowdown On The Ambience

Be it the cafe-like ambience of the outdoor seating area or the pub-like ambience at the bar area, Mishmash nails it with its atmosphere and vibe. While the outdoor seating area is more of an al-fresco-type setting where you can smoke and enjoy the cool breeze, the bar is more for chilling with your buds during live sports screenings. The rooftop dining, perfect for date nights and lunch with the squad, has a seated area for family dine-out as well.

That's Quite A Mish Mash

Mediterranean, Continental, Italian, North Indian, Mughlai, South Indian, Coastal — you can either limit yourself to one type or go all out like we did. We started off with the Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, potatoes stuffed with more potatoes. Douse it with a copious amount of mint chutney served on the side and you are good to go. For mains, we ordered a plate of Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni and Jack Daniel’s Chicken. The Cannelloni was one of the best we have tasted this side of the town — cheesy, gooey, and stuffed with mushy yet tasty spinach. Coming to the chicken, we were a bit disappointed to hear that it’s not cooked in Jack Daniel’s that we love {wink wink}, but rather the JD sauce that has a distinctive barbeque flavour that we quite enjoyed. We finished off the meal with a rather sugar-rush inducing Blueberry Cheesecake.

We did snoop around the menu, which itself is a quirky hand fan-type, a bit and found some rather interesting options such as Sharabi Jhinga {Vodka-infused prawns}, Buttermilk Chicken, Pizzaghetti which is a mix of pizza and spaghetti, and Coffee and Honey-glazed Pork Chops.

So, We Are Thinking...

The extensive menu can be a bit of a problem for picky eaters, but thankfully, they have added safe options {paneer, pizza, chicken, and pasta}.
