What Makes It Awesome?

A tranquil dining room in Jayanagar which is spare, sleek and uncontroversial.

Visited Hot Griddle with my friends for lunch. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. They have a live kitchen. We especially enjoyed the food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it.

They have a separate hot griddle section on the menu, they have four homemade marinations you can choose anyone in them for the dish you want to order. They keep changing every day.

We ordered -

Starters - 5/5

-Teriyaki veg balls - my personal favourite at hot griddle !! That tanginess in the sauce just took the entire dish into another level . do try this.
-Dahi ke kebab - this was perfectly prepared. Not too sweet, the exact amount of spices.
-Crispy fried calamari
-Shredded chicken pepper fry

main course - 4.5/5

- Subzi Rizala - This could be improved
- Jhinga Hara Piyaj Ki Pathi
- Makiun ka bharta
- Zafrani murgh biryani - loved it.
- Baby corn buds with pickled peri-peri - so delicious.
- Bread - garlic naan, butter naan, phulka and Malabar paratha.

Desserts - 4.5/5

- Hot chocolate brownie - the best brownie I've ever had till now.
- crepe - this could be better . they need to work on this.

Mocktails - 5/5.

- Adams green apple.

The chef is always ready to prepare food according to your preference, he approached us personally, explained how to dish is Prepared and helped choose what to order. Hot griddle could definitely give tough competition to other restaurants in Bangalore.
