Touted to be the first of its kind in Bangalore, the Mr Pani Puri's outlets in ETA Mall and GT Mall have an automatic pani puri vending machine that replace your pani puri bhaiya (machines are replacing us, it has begun). For INR 60, you get a plate of manually stuffed puris. Head to the vending machine where you can select the level of spiciness for your pani (sweet to spicy) and then proceed to put your puri underneath the spout. The machine is designed to give just the right amount of pani for your puri, so if you are like us who likes to drink some of that pani puri water, then feel free to put your bowl underneath the spout. It's a cool concept if you ask us, especially since the machine can simultaneously serve eight people. No more having to wait and plus it's a whole lot hygienic than your street side vendor's too.
