Sanjana Gupta, the founder and head baker at Nuage will be teaching us how to make these delicious Neapolitan Cupcakes from scratch at home. Neapolitan Cupcakes are nothing but classic ice cream flavor turned cupcakes that one will fall in love with. It is a great treat to add to your tea time or just eat because eating desserts never needed a reason. You'll need the following ingredients and tools for the workshop:


For the biscuit base :

Crushed Oreos 6 Oreos 

Melted butter 25g (2tbsp)

For the cupcake sponge :

Room temperature butter 63g (1/4 cup+1/2tbsp)

Castor sugar 60g (1/4 cup+1/2tbsp)

Eggs 1 large (55g)

All purpose Flour 63g (1/2cup)

Baking powder 1/2tsp

Baking soda 1/8tsp

Vanilla essence 1/4tsp

For the whipped chantily frosting :

Rich’s Whipping cream 180g (3/4 cup)

Strawberry jam/compote 60g (4-5 tbsp)

Tools and equipment required :

Rolling pin/food processor/mixer

 Microwave/stove 

Electric beater/hand whisk

Sieve 

Weighing scale/ cup measurements 

Spoon measurements 

Cupcake liners 

Muffin tray 

Piping bag
