Located in Sector 7, Brother Barley Brewing Company is the new hip place in town for people in HSR. It's a very huge brewery which is widely spread over two floors with indoor as well as outdoor seating.
I visited this place on a Sunday evening with few of my friends to try their beers and some food too.
Starting with the beer, I liked their Red Ale which was The Dark Dullahan among Puca Parody, Butterfly Effect and few more.
Along with the beer and some of their signature cocktails, we had few amazing starters to go with. We started with Skin On Fries which were the most amazing french fries I've ever had before. Then we had some Chicken Ghee Roast and Prawn Sukka which were delightful.
They had many options under the Indian Charcoal Pot Roasts section among which we tried Black Kefta Spiced Mushroom, Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Achari Prawns, and Hussein Nawab Lamb Sheek which was mouth-watering.
The staff was very quick in serving the customers as well as courteous. It's a must visit place if you are in and around HSR and I bet it'll be worth it.
