New Pan Asian Restaurant in Ulsoor, Bengaluru

I visited this place for a Sunday brunch with a friend. The place has recently opened in Ulsoor and is situated right opposite the Hotel Conrad. I really loved the rooftop vibes and the pink pastel color on the walls. It was quite soothing to the eyes and very lovely. The staff were very courteous and followed all the safety protocols. The attendant was super attentive and made sure we had a great service.

We started with some Kafir Lime Drink and Mango Ecstasy (which had coconut milk). They were quite refreshing and aptly sweet. In appetizers, I loved the crispy lotus stems. They were spicy and perfectly crispy. Even Thai Veg Crispy tasted pretty good. The veggies were nicely caramelized in sweet and spicy sauce. In the Main course, my fav was green thai curry and jasmine rice. It was a little spicy and I loved that. Then the Pad Thai Noodles were also quite on

point. It tasted on a bit sweeter side but really good. Finally we finished the meal with Pisang Cokelate. This dessert was just awesome. Crispy spring rolls had a filling of bananas, peanut butter and chocolate and it was served with vanilla ice cream.
