Cuisine alert: Pan Asian food from the streets of Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, China, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand
What to expect: A live kitchen with with plenty of stir fries being kicked into action.

Cuisine alert: French crepes and galettes
What to expect: Their crepes {with or without egg} stuffed with lemon curd, caramel salted butter, chocolate, banana, Nutella, and galettes filled with ratatouille, caramelised onions, Béchamel sauce and mushrooms, with extra lashings of cheese, chicken or ham.
What’s In The Name
Cuisine alert: Mostly North Indian with a smattering of pastas, Fish and Chips, and nachos thrown in.
What to expect: Their take on the “Atta Chicken” {whole chicken grilled in a tandoor encased in a shell made of atta}, pakodas, kebabs, gravies and Indian flatbread such as naan, paratha, kulcha and Kerala Parotta.
Caprese, Ssaffron and Yattai at Shangri-la

Cuisine alert: Shangrila hotel’s executive chef Antonio Tardi takes over here for Spanish Tapas, Middle Eastern Mezze Platters and Italian dishes.
What to expect: Aimed at being an interactive space, there is an open tapas counter, ham carving on your table and even Tiramisu being made before you. Healthy eating is also expected to reign supreme at this one.
Saffron
Cuisine alert: This Indian specialty restaurant is all about authentic flavours from across the country. The indigenous regional chefs will make sure regions as Rajasthan, Punjab, Karnataka, Hyderabad, and the coast of Goa and Kerala.
What to expect: Apart from a hint of modern flair added to heritage recipes, you can look forward to flying Roomalis for amusement. Khargosh {rabbit} is set to be the main draw.
Yataii
Cuisine alert: Authentic Japanese food will be served here. Also an interactive space, Sushi, Sashimi and Teppanyaki will be made fresh in front of you.
What to expect: Sakes and cocktails will also dominate here. Over 28 types of whiskey and infused liquor too make it to Yataii.
Tom Yum Thai
Cuisine alert: Thai cuisine with everything from soups, starters, and salads to stir fries, curries and mains.
What to expect: Glass Noodle salad {with seafood}, Tom Yum soup, Chicken Wrapped in Pandan leaves, Phad Thai noodles and Thai curries.
