Bengaluru has imposed 10 days lock down, which means again the streets would be empty, you won't be disturbed by the traffic noises. The good old lock down days would be back. I know that's difficult for a lot of people (including me). That's why I have listed down few tips to stay active and give your mental health a check.

1. It's time to awake your inner Master Chef or a baker again!
Well, during the lock down period, every body became a chef. Some started baking, some started cooking various multi-cuisines, and some gained skills of a bar-tender. Well, you can bring that back. You can bake chocolate fudge, brownies, hot chocolate, and so much more.

2. Sign up for LBB classes
LBB has so much learning to offer from various personalities who are well renowned in their field. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and register!

3. Gear up your skills
Aren't we always looking for something special to add up in our resume? This time, you have got the perfect opportunity to do it. You can sign up various classes from Udemy. It has so much to offer. 4. Do Yoga, Exercise, Meditate!
I have learnt one big thing from this Pandemic, and that is to stay fit. Physically as well as mentally. Nobody, I repeat, NOBODY, should come in between you and your mental health. Hence, it's very important to do some physical activity. Though we cannot go out for running for fresh air, but we have learnt to stay healthy indoors now. I saw some really great yoga lessons in Hot-star, and you tube as well.

5. Lastly, if we are talking about mental health, it is also very important to take care of your skin and hair as well. It needs some nourishing as well. Do some DI Y's for your skin, such as make uptan, champy your hair, and just relax. Sip your tea, coffee, (for me green tea works the best here), and put on your comfy PJ's and, just Netflix & Chill!
