Love masala chai but always too lazy to make it? Nutty Yogi is here to save the day! Well, it saves mine at least. I love their Masala Chai Gud because not only is it dark unprocessed gud which makes it a much healthier option to any sugar, but it's also loaded with spices that make the perfect cup of chai. Just like Naani's home! What I love is that the gud isn't too sweet, and lets the spice really deliver on flavour. I could actually taste all of them quite distinctly - cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, clove, ginger and black pepper.
Pair it with peppery makhana, and it's a match made in heaven!
