The Odia Food Festival Promises To Bring Odisha On A Platter To You

The information in this post might be outdated

What Is It?

A food festival that celebrates the joys of Odia food, in a way you have never experienced before. With flavours and ingredients that will bring your cravings to a halt, queue up at this festival for your share of dalma and aloo dum.

Who Is It For?

For the food enthusiasts who do not mind experimenting with new cuisine and are always up for supporting our diverse regional cuisine. It goes without saying that all those who moved from Odisha, longing for a slice of home, must weave their way here. Hah, all you Odia friends, we won't just 'show up' at your house for your home food. For a while, at least…

Why Should I Go For It?

Since you rarely come across the goodness of Odia cuisine in our little city, ROOTZ Event and Food Team {the hosts} give you that rare opportunity to gorge on the food from the Odisha. The food line-up includes Aloo Dum, Amba Khatta {mango khatta}, Dalma, Macho Munda Chenchada and Fish Sorico Masala. Oh! And sinful Rabdi, Kheer and Pahala-stlye Rasagullas to finish off with! What better way to spend a Sunday evening than to hog on some excellent, and lesser known dishes, eh? We're drooling already.
