If you’re expecting quality pizzas that give you the true taste of their ingredients, then As On Fire in HSR Layout is the place to go to. This will not only give you the true taste of the ingredients but will also keep you hungry for more. The pizzas are cooked over an open flame which helps retain the purest taste of the ingredients of the pizza and definitely boost the food flavour. This adds a nice smoky taste to top it all.
The best thing about the place is, the outdoor open sitting and the place has made good use of the green environment around. The interiors are made out of multiple recycled waste elements which are very impressive. The ambience gets even better towards the evening as the lighting over a mango tree inside the café adds so much warmth and pleasantness to the environment around.
Also, I had the opportunity to have the Barbeque affair which has barbeque chicken, bell pepper, paprika, onions and mozzarella cheese topped with some beautiful barbeque sauce. To top this, a little bit of old monk was added to create a nice blue flame and this had an absolutely brilliant taste.
The gold 'n' silver pizza was next, it had an edible silver/gold foils that were placed on the barbeque affair to add a whole new taste and look element to the pizza. Last I always prefer to end with a dessert. The ice cream pizza was what I had. The yummy chocolate sauce on the pizza base with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to end your meal with perfection.
Truly a place to be visited especially for the ambience in the evening as it never fails to disappoint you, neither does their awesome and unique food.
