This is what this pack of healthy instant noodles is made with. It has a cook time of just 4 minutes for the perfect bite and comes with a packet of secret seasoning that will take a plain ol bowl of noods to the next level. Don't forget to zoosh it up with your favourite veggies and protein for some heft. Note that these noods have fortified wheat flour (increased content of micronutrients), so they are not gluten-free. The brand also makes noodles in options of lesser-known grains like Soya , Red Lentil, Chickpea, Quinoa, Multi-millet, Buckwheat and other gluten-free options.
