This Ramadan, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and its in-house all-day dining restaurant Feast have curated an Iftar buffet to celebrate the spirit of the holy month. Executive Chef Hitesh Pant and his team of chefs have put together a lavish spread that includes kebabs, slow-cooked Mandi, and a selection of Arabic and Levantine specialities. Osama Jalali, a name synonymous with heritage Indian cuisine, returns to Bangalore with a fresh repertoire of his acclaimed ‘Lost Recipes of India.’ Hosted at Riwaz, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, this pop-up will showcase dishes such as Dahi ke Long Chide, Murgh Chargha, Zafrani Paneer Qaliya, and the highlight, Nihari, a dish steeped in nostalgia—slow-cooked overnight with hand-pounded spices, just as it was once prepared in the royal kitchens of Puraani Dilli. The menu has been crafted to cater to people celebrating Ramadan.
