Tea cakes, cookies and moments of delicious relief is what Nibble's Nibbles sells all across Bangalore. While we'd enjoy everything on their menu at breakfast, tea-time and as post-dinner dessert, nobody is stopping anybody from just storing containers full of these treats to help with when you're feeling hangry or "slightly" hungry. You must definitely make a start with the Tea Cakes though, that FYI, if stored in an airtight container and at room temperature can keep up to three days! In terms of flavours, it's all classics tweaked a little just for funsies. The menu is also limited so you aren't left feeling overwhelmed or indecisive. There's Orange Almond (moist almond flour and wheat sponge topped with candied almonds), Vegan Banana Espresso (topped with walnuts and choco chunks) and a personal favourite, Carrot Spice (cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg spiced, carrot sponge cake). The other star nibble on the menu are cookies - Almond Oats for guiltless indulgence, and Peanut Butter Chocochip, Dark Chocolate and Red Velvet for only indulgence. Good news is, most cookies and cakes here are made with wheat flour and brown sugar and have no eggs. Vegan versions of anything you crave are available too.
