Been there to try out their ongoing 'The Awadhi Indulgence' wherein I got to try Awadhi cuisine predominantly kebabs & other stuff. The Buffet restaurant has a live grill set up in each table. Also, they have a wide range of salad counter, live chaat counter, ice cream counter apart from the starters n dessert section. Do try their special drinks that come in interesting cases which will surely turn the eyes from other tables.
Mutton Galouti Kebab, Kattal ka kebab, Anarkali Kalmi kebab are the highlights from the live counter. From the grills, I loved Mithali Fish Tikka which is light n well done. Not a fan of biryanis in buffets, but surprisingly I loved the Dum Murgh Biryani which is made Lucknowi style, the masala n meat is perfectly working with the rice. Had lots of flavour in it. Lucknawi Bhindi & nardoo murgh korma are decent to try with the Rotis in the main course.
Black forest pudding & dates pudding are not to be missed if in the desserts menu. Thanks to the desserts chef who is taking care of the stone ice cream counter, Their Pista ice cream was very nice to try upon.
