If you ask us what's the most happening spot in town, we'll tell you it's Forum Rex Walk at Brigade Road. And right at the rooftop of this happening spot is where Pangeo has opened its doors. The luxe lounge and bar marries contemporary and chic aesthetics with tropical vibes, giving you a space that can transform from a pretty spot during the day that you can drop by for lunch with the gang, to all-out party central at night.
Taking the lounge factor into account, the space features what is touted to be India's first Chivas XV Lounge and UB Lounge. The Chivas XV Lounge is for all your folks who love their whisky and you can partake in tasting sessions. At The UB Lounge, Bangalore's beer-loving population can find brews exclusively brewed by United Breweries.
While we are yet to partake in cocktail and food offerings (don't worry, we'll be back with our recommendations shortly) we are told that the cocktails are potent and craft. We hear there's a millet-based cocktail that goes by the name High on Ragi that needs to be tried. Since the name is Pangeo, the menu also goes local and global with offerings in the form of Naga Pork Bites, Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce, and Bang Bang Mushroom.
