I found this stall opposite to Mad over donuts, Jayanagar. I am very picky when it comes to puris. This man sells some amazing puris. I don't know what is so good about them, I simply loved the taste and the texture and they were just normal Atta puris. They tasted really fresh. And don't you worry about hygiene. I felt that man maintains the stall really well.
