Bengaluru Biryani House is a new place for a brilliant Donne Biryani. A Sunday morning, beginning with hot Kaal Soup or leg soup and a soft Thatte Idli makes us delightful. One can't stop here, so there goes Mutton Biryani and some Chicken Dry. A sip of the Kaal Soup blended with bone marrow and spices is an absolute delight. The Chicken Biryani here has more of Black Pepper and less on spice, hence less the aroma and the taste is intriguing. When I spoke to the owner, I got to know that he is a Biryani Enthusiast and loves to serve Biryani and the Chef or rather the Cook is a Professional Beegara Oota(A tradition in Kannada Marriages where Groom's family hosts a typical Non-Vegetarian meal for the new in-laws), Cook.
