For its 10th edition, the Bangalore Pork Lovers Club is teaming up with the Hyatt Centric for a delicious, pork 'meat-up'! Set to take place on October 27, the exclusive dinner (25 seats only!) is bringing pork and wine together. Come Saturday, you can find yourself at the plush Bengaluru Brassiere, at the Hyatt Centric, tucking into a menu curated by Chef Manish Uriyal.
The ‘swine’fully good creations include maple-candied bacon, pork popcorn, beer-braised pork knuckles, and a lemon and pork pie. With each course you’ll be served a wine selection handpicked by sommelier Karishma. Your experience will also be guided by Kalyan Gopalkrishna, the force behind the Bangalore Pork Lovers Club.
