The best of the lot was the Nimbu achari Machi tikka which was salmon marinated in pickle spice and topped with a dash of lemon, Tandoori anari jhinge which is prawns infused with pomegranate and slow-cooked in a clay oven and of course, the Muktsar badam di tikka, Veg patties with Badam paste shallow fried on pan.
