Iconic theatre in JP Nagar, Ranga Shankara is ready to blow your mind with this year's edition of their annual theatre festival. With the theme of laughter and forgetting, it is taken from Milan Kundera's The Book Of Laughter And Forgetting. Using humour as a tool to discuss the times we live in and the problems that come with it, the festival is not going to be only exclusive comedy. A few plays that we suggest are Nava that explores stories of 9 urban transwomen through the 9 Rasas (by Dramanon and Aravani Art Project) and Hello Farmaaish, Dur Se Brothers which is inspired by the intrepid Kalpana Chawla (directed by Yuki Ellias). Happening from November 6 to 10, keep an eye out for plays, performances and talks.
