Get Your Socks, Boxers And Basics From Rattrap On Commercial Street

Graphic tees, trendy crop tops and budget socks and boxers for both men and women, Rattrap on Commercial Street is a casual dressing haven.

Enter a box painted with splattered galaxy colours and adorned with lights that look like they belong in Star Wars, and to add to that, of course a bunch of new-age clothes that would make everyday-dressing fun and interesting. The Rattrap store on Commercial Street is a delight to walk in to. With neatly stacked clothes and accessories, the colourful hanging bulbs really give it that pop art kinda feel.

The clothes at the Bangalore-based Rattrap are supremely budget-friendly and are designed to appeal to the youth. College students, casual dressers, carefree loungers, the clothes here are comfortable and trendy. From solid basic vests for women, to cold-shouldered crop tops, Rattrap’s clothes are for the fashion conscious and the not so, too.

Graphic tees that read fun things such as “I just want to drink wine, save some animals and take naps”, are enough to bring you out of that gloomy mood. For those feeling too morbid, there’s one that says “Dead Inside” with an illustration of a skeleton. Others that really made us laugh were a basic yellow tee that said “Too weird to live, too rare to die”, a purple one with vector illustrations of Plato, Socrates and Aristotle and one with a sketch of Darth Vader with “Sith Happens” written under it. The skirts, maxi dresses, leggings and shrugs were also pretty much on trend.

What we loved most about Rattrap though, were the socks and boxers {for men and women} in such fun colours and cyclical prints. They also have some basic skull caps, scarves and stoles that are great for Bangalore weather. The cloth bags or jholasmade of soft cotton fabric feel like you want to immediately wear them.
