So what’s the juice?
Raw Pressery was started in Mumbai by former investment banker and brand consultant Anuj Raykan in January 2014. The company claims to be the first organised fresh juice company in the country and offers eight kinds of juices with action verbs for names such as Trim, Lean, Glow, Build, Run, Shield, Love and Flush.
The juices are a mix of exotic produce such as Kale, Chia seeds and Spirulina with added homegrown veggies such as Doodhi, Cucumber, Coconut and more. Raw Pressery workers only with local producers in and around Maharashtra, except for one or two ingredients which are imported.

Packed with age-old mommy’s wisdom {that’s the inspiration behind Raw Pressery}, each juice is targeted at different parts of your body. For instance, Glow is aimed at your skin and Love is all about showing affection to your heart.
The taste test
We tried the mini versions {priced at INR 80 each} of the Glow and Build juices and are happy to report that packing in serious amounts of veggies and fruits does not mean compromising on taste. Glow with its components of cucumber, coconut, pineapple, lemongrass, aloe vera and lemon was a mild but refreshing punch while Build {targeted at lowering cholesterol and building brain power} was a rich but sweet mix of honey, cinnamon and almonds.
