Anything Else?

Valley of flowers is an Indian national Park located in the western Himalayas, in the state of Uttarakhand. Engulfing the serene beauty of the snow capped Himalayan mountain ranges, lush meadows with a rich variety of colourful flowers, Valley of flowers exists as an ideal choice for the mountaineers, botanists, and literature and aesthetic enthusiasts. This collection from Salt studio is inspired from the divine diversity of alpine flora of this region. The collection springs up as rich floral embroideries in nets, soft silks, raw silks, linen tussars and micro modals. The color palette is as diverse as the flora of the region with pinks, oranges, blues, purples, whites and greens. It’s the contemplation of all things beautiful in nature and a tiny reminder to preserve the endangered varieties of flora of the region.
Vedic collection speaks of reflections of the modern women from Early Vedic period. Relating both the periods, women share some common characteristics-They are educated, intelligent, respected, dignified, powerful, free to choose and masters of their households. This collection hence resonates Indian women, taking utmost details in hand embroidered motifs, pristine color palettes and revolutionized silhouettes.
