Not many of you know that, I was a Folk (Friends of Lord Krishna) student at ISKCON Bengaluru in the year 2004 and a strong believer of Lord Krishna and Bhakti Vendanta Swami Prabhupada. Ever since I am fond of Sattvic food, till date it’s soul food for me. I used to visit Higher Taste very frequently. Later on gradually I started loving food at Sattvam - Rediscovering Sattvic Cuisine in Sadashivnagar. The quality and taste at Sattvam is consistent even now. If you ask me for best vegetarian buffet restaurant I will say Sattvam without any second thought. Chef Aditya Fatepuria, man behind Sattvam has impeccable knowledge on Sattvic food and hospitality over there is always on top notch. They are very good when it comes to surprising guests and I personally had that experiences. Well, I was here at their recently opened Sattvam at Whitefield and I did enjoy the complete offering and definitely worth visiting.
