Delicious food, 8 beers on tap, and Joyful Tummy makes Prost a must-visit for all the beer lovers and foodies. The ambience is quirky with monkeys hanging around and monkeys painted on the walls enjoying their beer. I especially loved the view from the deck, one of the advantages of being the highest altitude brewery. With an area of 22000 square feet and a seating of 600+, Prost has something for all ages.
The dishes I enjoyed were:
-Mushroom Ontario: The best Mushroom appetizer I have had in the city. The fact that it was baked on a flat plate makes it even more intriguing. Pairs really well with the wit (Bangalore Bolt)
-Jalapeno Cheese Balls: Yummy stuffed balls with corn & cheese. goes well with the Stout (Burnt Stone is what Prost calls it)
-Mutton Seekh Kebab: It could have been meatier but I enjoyed the spicy flavours.
-Kerala Style Beef: Perfectly cooked and my favourite non-veg item at Prost for sure. Have it with their sweet apple cider (Cider Rider)
-BBQ Chicken Pizza: Perfectly baked and the right amount of toppings and sauce. Pizza is after all my favourite food with beer.
-Joyfull Tummy: Ghee roasted bread with vanilla ice cream. Who could have thought it would make such a delicious dessert.
