I am the laziest cook around! I can cook, but I don't really like it. Which is why, pre-made dips, sauces and pour over condiments are my best friends. Just open a bottle, drizzle it on something, and I feel like I am a gourmet chef! Sense of 7 is one such brand and they currently have three options. My favourite of the lot is the Aglio Olio Dip which I just pour onto pasta, and I sometimes even dunk boiled chicken into a more generous helping of the dip to make a light chicken meal by baking for just five minutes.
I also like the Spicy Chilli Dip and use it with everything from potato chips, fries, veggies. But mostly, I use it as a modern (or bastardised) version of Chicken Tikka Masala. They also have a Sundried Tomato & Olive Tapenade which I suspect will make be my new favourite sandwich spread!
