We are talking about fresh vegetables like bamboo shoots, water parsley, passion fruit leaves, eggplant, pumpkin leaves, and snow peas. One of their bestsellers is their Bhut Jolokia, one of the hottest chillies in the world, that is sourced from farms in the Ukhrul district of Manipur.
Meat lovers, you have a wide range of dry meet for you to choose from. They have northeast classics such as smoked beef, smoked chicken, and smoked pork to name a few. You can also get your hands on Anishi - a specialty from Nagaland, which is fermented taro leaves made into patties and smoke-dried over the fire and works well with smoked pork. Find special pickles like chicken pickles, pork pickles, mushroom pickles, king chilli, and bamboo shoot pickles. Apart from this, they also stock up on biscuits and snacks from Burma that you can indulge in.
