I recently moved to a different part of the city and was missing my good old shawarmas until I came across this amazing cloud kitchen serving some incredible shawarmas, rolls, momos, and more. Located in Marenahalli,(2nd stage Jp Nagar) they start their operations at 2PM and you can do takeaways or just directly order in from here. Their shawarmas are made of super soft kuboos that are melt in the mouth and loaded with lots of grilled and shredded chicken, juliennes of cabbage, onions and lots of toum. They have classic shawarma, spicy African shawarma(hotness level is superb), Mexican shawarma (this really has nachos and jalapeno in it, so good), jumbo shawarmas and all are available as shawarma plates too but what I loved the most was the Malabar chicken shawarma loaded with cheese and instead of kudos, wrapped in Malabar parotta just the perfect Indian touch to this middle eastern dish
The packaging is fabulous, all double wrapped to avoid any kind of spillage, and beetroot and sliced jalapenos are packed separately as well as mayonnaise so that you can enjoy the shawarma experience at home like you would while dining out.
I loved the entire experience at Yay Shawarma & More, they also have sandwiches, wings, and Kolkata-style rolls that you can try but do not miss the loaded whole meat shawarma either.
