It’s official. One Night In Bangkok has officially rebranded and reopened as Siam Trading Company. This Thai restaurant and bar serves up authentic {we are yet to try the place} Thai cuisine apparently. We did check out the decor and the seating, and we didn’t find any big changes apart from the fact that it’s become a lot more spacious. And since we are talking about the decor, we are glad that they retained the recognisable demon mask mural near the bar. They have revamped the food menu with a heavy focus on Siamese cuisine as well as meat. The drinks menu looks revamped as well with some quirky cocktails such as Wasabi Mary, Tom Yum Siam, and Pattaya Martinis. We can’t wait to try all this and more.
