Not having a wood-fired oven (as is typical for Neapolitan pizza), the Sicilian dough pizza bakes a lot faster, 90 seconds per pizza we’re told.
Now you need to know that Siddy’s Pizza only sells large and XL pizzas, all this with their certainty that you will not feel overstuffed after devouring an entire 12-inch pie, courtesy their fresh ingredients and light dough. The bestseller includes the sicilian deep dish with plain cheese, basil or topped with pepperoni. Their pepperoni is house-made, not high on salt and forms the perfect pool of flavour-packed, rich goodness once the pizza is out of the oven. For an added zing, you can also customise your pizzas with Indian flavours such as mutton keema and butter chicken. For starters, their cheesy stuffed garlic bread is a must-try.
