We can tell you that they keep it traditional, juicy, and fresh everyday. Started sometime in 2018 by husband-wife duo Radhica and Uttam Muthappa, they combined her technical know-how of nutrition and professional cooking, and his passionate love for food. 

Really perfecting slow cooked pork, the meat is cooked between three to eight hours to really lock in the flavour and get super succulent. They use Kachampuli (vinegar from Coorg, almost like an Indian Balsamic vinegar) that is traditionally brewed at their estate and brought here. All their masalas are natural and homemade in fact! And their pork? From the same place that their family has been buying it from for the last 50 years! 

Delivering across Bangalore, they cook through the week so you can order it whenever you feel like. Except the Rosemary Rack, which is marinated for 24 hours, and is cooked for around five hours to perfection! They send reheating instructions for everything, so it tastes exactly as it should. They also make a mean Northern Thai Sai Oua from Chiangmai sausages traditionally. For the herbs, they grow a bunch at home and make full use of them in the preparation.
