Husband-wife duo Radhica and Uttam Muthappa, combined her technical know-how of nutrition and professional cooking, and his passion for food in 2018 and have kept it traditional, juicy, and fresh everyday. Really perfecting slow cooked pork, the meat is cooked between three to eight hours to really lock in the flavour and get super succulent. They use Kachampuli (vinegar from Coorg, almost like an Indian Balsamic) that is traditionally brewed at their estate and brought here. Their star is the Rosemary Rack - marinated for 24 hours, and cooked for around five hours to perfection (so order in advance). They send reheating instructions for everything, so it tastes exactly as it should.
