What Makes It Awesome

Missing hearty, rich, flavoursome pork? Or just don’t feel like making some at home? Get it home delivered by Curly Sue Pork! Husband-wife duo Radhica and Uttam Muthappa, combined her technical know-how of nutrition and professional cooking, and his passion for food in 2018 and have kept it traditional, juicy, and fresh everyday. Really perfecting slow cooked pork, the meat is cooked between three to eight hours to really lock in the flavour and get super succulent. They use Kachampuli (vinegar from Coorg, almost like an Indian Balsamic) that is traditionally brewed at their estate and brought here. All their masalas are natural and homemade (as are the herbs - grown by them). And their pork? From the same place that their family has been buying from for the last 50 years!

Their star is the Rosemary Rack - marinated for 24 hours, and cooked for around five hours to perfection (so order in advance). They send reheating instructions for everything, so it tastes exactly as it should. They make Northern Thai Sai Oua from Chiangmai sausages traditionally, as well as a mean version of a Calcutta Entally masala sausage. For movie nights, try the Mexican Chili con Carne (great for nachos), or their succulent pork burger patty. Other popular orders include Coorg style Pandi Curry (duh), Goan Pork Vindaloo, Chilly Pork, and Bacon Jam. Delivering across Bangalore, through the week, dm them on Instagram to place an order. Delivery is through Swiggy Go for now, and they're taking all the required safety measures.

They also have seasonal specials during Christmas and Easter. For Christmas this year, they have put out a porky feast if we may, in dishes like Karthakaad Ham (think glazed Christmas ham but Coorgi-style with black pepper, bird's eye chilli and honey), Porchetta, Tomato and Herb Pork Sausage and what we know will be a sure shot hit, Chicharon or seasoned pork crackling!
