Oh how we love grandma’s wisdom, her always open house and her good food, of course. Now think about taking your granny’s cozy, old home and converting it into a tapas-style dining bar and terrace with a speakeasy vibe. That’s what new restaurant Sly Granny is planning to do — tell a story through its food, drinks and its space. This is the third venture of the folks behind Mamagoto and Dhaba by Claridges and in fact, Sly Granny is located in the same building on Inidranagar’s 12th Main as Dhaba by Claridges.
While the menu remains hush hush, we have spotted pickled mackerel, mushroom risotto {with Kerala rice}, ramen noodle gnocchi and figs on toast on Chef Varun Pereira’s {the kitchen brains behind the restaurant} Instagram handle. Excited much? Watch this space for more.
