There's a Sri Lankan food festival happening at Brew and Barbeque Microbrewery and wrap up by December 16, 2018. The delicacies have been curated by Priya Bala, a chef, foodie, and critic from Sri Lanka residing in Bangalore.
Head to Brew and Barbeque to taste of the country as a whole, dabbling in signatures far and wide! There's a variety of cocktails to choose from - Min-Chi- Kola, Wasawasi, Cool toddy, and more. I liked the Wasawasi the most. It is made up of Ceylon cinnamon-infused rum, vodka, and cooked pineapple.
Among the starters, I recommend the Devil Chicken, prawn cutlet, and the onion stuffed bun.
