Warm cafe feels and that lingering smell of smokey goodness is enough to get you stoked at the new kid on the block. Koramangala people, say hello to Stoked!.

Cafe + Pizzeria = Winner

In what is a cafe-like set up it’s the large wood-fired oven outside that catches your eye when you step inside the stone-paved floors of Stoked. Open-air seating, which is perfect for you and your pooch on a Sunday morning breakfast date, is our favourite place. There’s also indoor seating with wooden accents such as chairs, tables, and booths making this quaint little place look big. Plus, wooden chandeliers. Do look out for the mural of Mona Lisa holding a slice of pizza by a wood-fired oven at the entrance. We think it makes a rather quirky selfie spot.

For The Love Of Wood-Fired

We could tell you that the hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas are what’s the cafe all about but that would mean taking credit from the fluffy pancakes and the Eggs Benedict that we had for breakfast. But, let’s focus on the 10-inch goodness that’s served on a wooden pizza board. Plenty for the herbivores and meaty goodness for the carnivores, the pizza section is a delight. While we are yet to extensively try out all the pizzas, the Hot Chick that we had when we popped in to say hello, is more than enough reason for us to go back. Spicy chicken, sauteed onions, and chilli flakes are what was on the simple, no fuss pizza.

Our ever inquisitive eyes and forever hungry souls did spot a few delights starting with the Zingy Zucca which has bocconcini, basil pesto, roasted red pumpkins, green olives, and sun-blushed tomatoes as toppings. Meaty Hulk and Silence of the Lambs from the non-vegetarian option had us drooling. We hear the Hulk comes with chicken meat balls {yum!} while the Anthony Hopkins thriller-namesake comes with bocconcini and pulled lamb. Oh, lest we forget, if you like pork, do try the Uncle Porkster. A sell-out here, it’s topped with pork pepperoni and mozzarella.

What Else Is On The Menu?

Brekkie is served every day from 9 am to noon with the breakfast menu laden with eggs, croissants, and savoury crepes. There’s also regular and stuffed pancakes, waffles, and crepes, available all day. If you love chocolates and pancakes, do try the Choco Chip Stuffed Pancakes. Shoutout to the French Toast with red wine poached fruits and the Eggs Benedict that we are going back for.

Apart from the pizza and breakfast menu, Stoked! also does pita pockets and pasta. Beverages are served hot and cold with the usual mix of coffee brews such as mocha, latte, and cappuccino. Hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, and tea complete rest of the menu.
