It's a three-day pop-up featuring cuisines from Bengal, the North East, and Bangkok. Organised by The Tenth Muse, a culinary experience community, Supper Club will be a sit-down affair that will be spread across with the first day dedicated to Bengali cuisines. And since it's the pujo season, the menu will feature extensive cuisines that are hallmarks of Durgo, Lakshmi, and Kali pujo!
The three-day pop up is being done up by Chef Anumitra Ghosh Dastidar of Diva, Italian chain restaurants in Delhi. Following the Bengal pop up, it's exploring the rich realm of North East cuisines, so expect a menu that's packed with smoked, steamed, and tempered cuisines. On the last day, it's Burma and Siam, with the chef going all out on Thai food. We don't know about you, but this three-day pop up looks like the perfect foodcation that you can take without actually leaving the city.
