Head Over To Cinnamon's Design Showcase Featuring Swati Goradia's Ensembles

The information in this post might be outdated

What Is It?

A three-day design showcase by designer Swati Goradia called Sartorial, which will feature capes, tunics, shirts and dresses with an interesting play on clamp dyeing, geometric patterns and architectural forms.

Who Is It For?

For those who swear by anti fits {everything is asymmetrical, free flowing and flattering to the body in this collection}, handmade beauties and everything #makeinindia. Also for those who love to wear clothes that marry Indian handicrafts and beautiful textiles.

Why Should I Go For It?

"Boulder inspired textures, origami-esque shapes and cascading waterfalls", these are what Swati calls as inspiration, for her Sartorial collection. Her garments are available in earthy tones, shades of indigo, ochre, intense maroons and mossy greens. Expect tops, tunics, capes and dresses fashioned out of fabric using ancient textile traditions {vegetable and resist dyeing} and surface embellishments such as shells, mirrors and bells.
