The lakeside at Orion Mall plays host to the Sweet Tooth Dessert festival, a day-long extravaganza, the perfect warm-up for the load of sweets that you’re going to eat this Diwali! They have over 30 vendors that have a load of sweet treats on sale and every single dessert you can think of. From The Good Galette and The Thickshake Factory to Dunkin Donuts and GRB Sweets. And it’s not only sweets here, there are some palate cleansers and savouries too, just in case the sweet gets a little too much.

Who Is It For?
The Sweet Tooth Dessert Festival is for everybody, and if have a sweet tooth or two, then this place is heaven for you. The entry is free, and you can sample a load of desserts from all stalls and there is no one telling you when to stop. You can go on and on. They also have a few Dessert Trails, which are special experiences, where you get to sample a set of desserts. Three dessert trails are on offer, one called the Dessert Champions, which is a selection of nine desserts from select vendors of the event. Another, a mix of sweet and savoury with an apt name – A Lil Sweet, A Lil Salty. The last is a vegan special where you can sample six desserts that are all vegan, complemented with vegan savouries as well.
Why Should I Go For It?
Well, if you are a sweet lover, like most of us are, then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be going for this. Take a bunch of friends, your family or even go alone and relish a bunch of treats. An MC conducting the entire event might also have a few contests and competitions in store for you, which you might be able to win and get a few goodies if all of the ones already there aren’t enough. Prices for all desserts are cheaper than those you get at the stores as well, so you’re spending less and eating more!
