What Did I Like?

The trainers were great. They showed us how to set up our bungee harnesses and made sure we were all safe and comfortable before starting the session. The workout included a warm-up, some intense HIIT, and cardio, as well as yoga and flexibility training. Every move challenges your core and stability, amplifying the workout. It was a great session and I highly recommend you go for it.

What Could Be Better?

While the class was great, the bungee harness can bruise and cut the thighs. Perhaps some sort of additional padding would help. Though wearing slightly thicker bottom-wear {I was wearing regular leggings}, would also help reduce the soreness.
