It’s a festival dedicated to everyone’s one true love — food. And the best part is that The Only Food Festival will be two days long. Hurrah to that and a line up which will be around 200 plus pop-up stalls with food trucks in the mix, a whole lot of food books on display and sale, and what we hear a tower made of just cupcakes. We say cancel all plans and head to this festival which is touted as India’s biggest food festival.
Biryani Zones, Craft Beer & Cupcake Towers: A Food Festival Is Hitting Town And You Can't Miss It
What Is It?
Who Is It For?
It’s for everyone — from beer enthusiasts to biryani lovers, and sweet tooths to spice aficionados. The two-day event will have 20 plus sections, with each dedicated to a particular food or cuisine. And from what a little birdie told us, there’s going to be zones such as Biryani Zone, a Seafood Zone, and a Dessert Zone. No guesses on where we will be at. It’s the Dessert Zone if you didn’t know already. OK, wait but, biryani is bae.
Why Should I Go For It?
Apart from the fact that it’s a festival for just food and nothing but food, there’s plenty of other food-related activities too. Beer biking is one activity that you can look forward to. It’ll have you pedalling a party bicycle with others while you sip on your favourite pint of beer. Then there’s that cupcake tower. It’s sure going to be tempting to not eat the cupcakes, but hey, Instagram away when it’s finally built. There’s going to be craft beer being served and over 15 workshops related to food, of course. And just to keep things interesting there will be live music and band performances as well.
