Custom-Made, Upholstered Seating From This Brand That Loves All Things Pretty

What Makes It Awesome

Add a touch of elegance or a splash of colour with The Pink Chair’s range of bespoke custom-made upholstered seating options. Komal Sandhu’s futile search for accent chairs when she was doing up her home is what led her to start The Pink Chair, almost a decade ago. Offering custom-made upholstered seating such as chairs, sofas and ottomans, the online venture promises to accentuate your living space. Be it a statement piece or just comfy chairs for your room, they have it all. And, while Komal likes to stick to classy and elegant pieces, it’s not just black, browns and beiges that you’ll find here. So, think floral patterns, paisley prints and stripes (lots of vintage-sque inspirations) in different colours.

Their website lists out plenty of designs (ranging from vintage to contemporary) for you to pick from. While styles for chairs (they have options like wing chairs, arm chairs and feature chairs) include Piccadily, Chester and Arthur, among others, there are also sofas like the Camelback with its upright seating and the sleek Tuxedo. We also have our eyes on their cute and functional ottomans and bed ends.

Once you’ve selected the design you like, you can discuss details like the colours, prints, fabric and upholstery that you want. We love that Komal takes extra care about important details like back length, hand rest, depth, width and hardness of your chosen chair. So, apart from focusing on the appearance, she also makes sure that the product is ergonomically comfortable for you. For instance, she will readily add a few extra inches to chairs for taller clients or make it extra-cushiony, as per your preference.
